End-to-End ESG & Sustainable Business Solutions

Aligning strategy, reporting and supply chains to make sustainability work in practice.

This category reflects RFL’s pivot into ESG and sustainable business, built on more than 20 years of enterprise risk management and security consulting. We help clients integrate ESG into their core strategy, translate it into credible reporting and prepare for tightening global regulations, including investor expectations and supply-chain due diligence. Through the ESG Trinity Consulting Center and a series of ESG and sustainability publications, we provide a full continuum of services—from ESG risk identification and governance design to report writing support and long-term improvement roadmaps.

Service 4.1 ESG & Sustainable Business Strategy Advisory

We help organizations define what ESG and sustainability really mean for their business model. Leveraging the ESG Trinity Consulting Center’s multidisciplinary advisory board—spanning environmental science, governance, compliance and cyber security—we identify ESG risks, assess their significance and prioritize them. We then support the creation of ESG committees and working groups, clarify roles and responsibilities, and embed ESG risk appetite into strategy, portfolios and operational plans so that sustainability becomes a driver of long-term value, not just a reporting obligation.

Illustrative Engagement

  • Building on its long history of advising over twenty multinational corporations and public entities on risk management, RFL now applies the same disciplined approach to ESG risk mapping, governance structures and long-term sustainability roadmaps through the ESG Trinity Consulting Center.

Service 4.2 ESG Reporting & Disclosure Services

We translate ESG strategy and performance into credible, investor-grade reporting. Drawing on our ESG/Sustainability Report Writing Guidebook and related publications, we help clients design report structures, map content to global frameworks such as GRI, and define robust KPIs and data-collection processes. We also support sector-specific guidelines, such as sustainability reporting standards for police and public-sector organizations, and advise on how to align web disclosures, integrated reports and regulatory filings to avoid greenwashing and inconsistencies.

Illustrative Engagements

  • Publication of the “ESG/Sustainability Report Writing Guidebook” and “The Guidebook for Starting ESG Biz Management” has positioned RFL as a reference point for Korean companies beginning their ESG reporting journey.

  • RFL has developed draft sustainability reporting guidelines and standards for police organizations, demonstrating how ESG principles can be applied to law-enforcement agencies.

Service 4.3 Supply Chain ESG & Due Diligence

We extend ESG beyond the corporate boundary into the supply chain. Our services align with emerging regulations such as EU-style corporate sustainability due diligence, focusing on human rights, environmental impact and business integrity in supplier networks. Building on two decades of experience in investigating illicit production, smuggling and gray-market distribution, we assess supplier risks, design assessment tools and monitoring programs, and help clients remediate issues while protecting both brand and long-term supply security.

Representative / Related Cases

  • Long-term investigations into illegal brewing and distribution for European liquor companies have given RFL deep insight into supply-chain integrity risks, enforcement dynamics and remediation strategies.

  • Publications such as “Enterprise Risk Management for Liquor Brand Companies” and “Risk Management for Cosmetics Companies” provide sector-specific frameworks that can be extended to ESG-driven supply-chain due diligence.
